A recent update to the server version of the Macintosh Tiger operating system brings some improvements.
The fifth release of Apple's server operating system brings over 200 new features and support for numerous open source projects. Apple has recommended that all of its users upgrade to the most recent version.
Some significant fixes include patching Software Update Service, Open Directory/LDAP, Apple File Server, and Weblog Server. Fixes for Disk Imaging and remote management were included as well.
The update may be found on Apple's web site as a 38.8mb download. The update requires the server runs Mac OS X Server and version OS X 10.4 Tiger Server.
